Meet Lynne

Support from someone who understands people, patterns and change

Lynne has spent much of her working life caring for people, listening closely, and helping them feel supported through change.

Her work today brings together 40 years of nursing experience, a psychology degree and clinical hypnotherapy experience. She supports people who feel anxious, stuck, or caught in patterns they are ready to understand and change.

Lynne’s approach is calm, practical and non-judgemental. You will not be treated like you are broken or need fixing. The focus is on helping you feel safe, understood and more in control of the way you respond.

Lynne’s background

A career shaped by care, curiosity and change

Lynne’s work today is shaped by decades of caring for people, studying how the mind responds, and seeing how practical hypnotherapy can help people work with long-running patterns.

Registered Nurse

40 years caring for people
Before becoming a clinical hypnotherapist, Lynne spent 40 years as a Registered Nurse, supporting people physically, emotionally and psychologically through many stages of life.

Psychology study

A deeper interest in behaviour and change

As she approached retirement age, Lynne became increasingly drawn to psychology and completed a psychology degree, building on decades of experience listening, observing and supporting people.

Clinical hypnotherapy

A practical way to work with patterns

Lynne discovered hypnotherapy and saw how focused and practical it could be for helping people shift patterns that may have been with them for years.

Online hypnotherapy

Support from a space that feels comfortable

Today, Lynne works fully online, supporting people across Australia with anxiety, habits, phobias and patterns they are ready to change.

Personalised support

Recordings that continue the work
After each session, clients receive a personalised recording to support the work between appointments and help reinforce the change they are working towards.

Lynne’s approach

You are not broken

Lynne does not see hypnotherapy as a way to “fix” people. Her approach is based on the idea that anxiety, habits and emotional responses are often learned patterns.

Some of those patterns may have made sense at one point. Over time, they can start to feel automatic, even when they no longer help you feel calm, clear or in control.

Hypnotherapy gives you a calm, focused way to work with those patterns. The process is gentle, collaborative and practical, with you aware and in control throughout.

Pattern focused

The work looks at the response underneath the issue, not just the surface behaviour.

Non-judgemental

You will not be made to feel like the problem is a personal failure.

Calm and practical

Sessions are focused, grounded and designed to support change without pressure.

Always in control

You remain aware and can speak, pause or stop at any time.

“My role isn’t to fix you. It’s to guide you in recognising what’s already there and help you access it.”

— Lynne

Not sure which support is right for you?

You do not need to work it out on your own. If you are unsure which recording to choose, or whether one-to-one support would be more helpful, Lynne can talk through the best next step.
